Why can we not select a location and see the pricing on the menu while the store is closed? Give a warning that the store is closed but then let me look at the prices so I can keep it in mind for when I go to order. I see no reason that it’s not possible to look at pricing until it’s in your cart but you can’t view the cart when the store is closed
Caribou coffee has great coffee and friendly workers, but the app is trash, takes several minutes to load, then takes a minute to get the deals to load, finally finish my cart and it says “uh oh, there’s an error” Like I spent 15 minutes tryna place my order just for it to fail. I went inside and the workers were just as appalled by how bad the app is, I had to have a manger help me.
Oh cool let me just give you my name date of birth and phone number to order a coffee online. Then when you offer free non dairy milk on the app I say okay fine I already registered. Only to find they’re still charging a dollar for oat milk and the app ui is broken and only showing me combos. Caribou coffee I hate you too
I’m going to be using my last points and then deleting my account. I made a purchase during the recent promotion where you were supposed to get four times the normal points. Since the normal amount of points is two points per dollar spent, I should’ve gotten eight points per dollar spent. I got half that. I’ve written to Caribou about this, and they are just ignoring it. Whether what happened to me is incompetence or dishonesty, I’m not putting up with it.
Why would the app logs me out with every update? So annoying. I literally only use the app to check in and pay. That’s alll, and it always logs me out and can’t use it when I need to. I have to login every single time. It’s very annoying.
I redeemed reward points for a free breakfast sandwich. Then I got an ‘error’ message and my reward points were used but the coupon wasn’t given to me or applied to my order. I tried adding and removing several breakfast sandwiches to see if it just wasn’t applying to the one I chose but it didn’t work with any of them. It just stole my reward points and didn’t give me my coupon. Please fix this.
I hope to one day see our rewards card able to be saved in our Apple Wallet. :)
I used to have an account but forgot the password which should be no problem except any time I try to reset the password I never receive an email with a link to do so. I can’t create a new account because my phone number is associated with the one I’m logged out of. The most annoying part is how I am prompted to reset my password if I’m “having trouble logging in.” Yep, I’ve been trying 🙄
Will not let me sign in, either with email/password or through Apple. Tried to get a new password but the emails never showed up (and yes, I checked that the address was correct).
I am a very big lover of caribou coffee, however my experience on the app has not been great AT ALL. My guess is someone hacked my account and has been using my card to order coffee. After asking a friend the same thing had happen to her. It’s very sad and disheartening and it’s lead me to delete my card and probably the whole app. From now on I’m going in person which is unfortunate because service is extremely slow in the morning. Thankfully I’ve gotten refunding for the fraud through the bank. I am very disappointed and will no longer use the app.
App continues to frustrate and is getting worse - advertising, do you want extra stuff…do you want extra stuff? No - I want to order a coffee. More button clicks than you can possibly imagine to order one basic coffee. Stop trying to upsell me and let me do what I want vs what a Marketer has tried to throw in. If you need to advertise the latest drink do it so I can see it, but don’t get in my way - make me find a little x on the top right corner - just show me but let me do what I want.

The app gives you an option to select your favorite store, you would think this would default to where you order from, especially when you order from that store nearly every day. It does not, the app manually forces the default store to the closest to you geographically, so not even sure why they have the favorite option. Every time I order I have to manually change to the store I have favorited already in the app. Poor user experience design.
User experience is lacking. Ordering is easier on competitors app. It takes too long to navigate and select items.

App works pretty well, but recently it keeps telling me I have a message in my inbox, yet when I go there it says “No messages”???
Asking 3 time if this is my store is very interrupting. How about giving me the option of setting a preferred store rather than defaulting to the nearest one which I never visit?
Whenever I would pay for any orders on this app with Apple Pay, they would block the order citing billing address or a fraud alert
I’ve been going to the SAME store for the last 15+ visits and they still set my store automatically to the wrong one, the closest one to me at the time of ordering, and my final straw was I was in a rush and my drink was delivered to the wrong location. So annoying.
Second time I ordered the grilled cheese and it was old hard bread on one side will never order this again. Also, my favorite pastry they discontinued.

This app has gone through a few modifications since I beta using it in 2020. I have selected my favorite store, but it always defaults to one that is less than a mile closer. They are not far from each other at all. Why does it not simply choose my chosen favorite, and if I manually change it each time I order, it gives me two windows to verify I indeed want to drive the .12 miles farther. This has caused many issues of ending up with an order placed at the wrong location and I have to back track … plus the other is in a grocery store and parking is horrible so the .12 miles is worth the drive through or closer parking for a walk in pick up. I kept hoping this would be fixed but it’s been almost a year now. It would also be nice if there was a heads up everytime the rules change on rewards points… it’s crazy how many points are now required compared to a few years ago. I get inflation but it’s a lot.
It boggles my mind that in todays day and age you can’t see the calories in your drink as you build it. The app is fine to chose your drink but I want to know, as I’m sure many do, how many calories are in the non-dairy option or choosing the sugar free syrup etc. Other apps have this feature so I know it’s possible. Please work on this option.
Anytime I try to do anything - look at a different part of the menu, login, create an account, login with google, etc, I just get an error message. “Oh No! Something went wrong.” Worthless app. I’m going to order from Starbucks since their app actually works.
I created a perks account back when I worked there, but I can’t seem to find it anymore. I haven’t received my birthday drink, and the app has been malfunctioning for months now.
Errors out a lot while trying to order. Now for a couple months the app says coffee of the day is unavailable. I’ve moved on to other places that can sell me a coffee

Always get “oh no, something went wrong” and won’t let me order ahead. Very frustrating.
I have used this app for years, but after the last update, it no longer recognizes my nearby locations. The only time I can order from the locations less than 1 mile from me, is to order from Previous Orders. Then when I do order from somewhere else, why do I need to confirm I do not want to order from a different, closer location? Why do companies change for the sake of changing? It was a great app! Why fix what ain’t broke?
How do you leave a tip? When I pay there will a message that says leave a tip but nothing happens when you tap it. There is no tip button anywhere else in the app.
No option to use a gift card when ordering online. This is the only store I’ve ever seen not give an option to use THEIR gift cards online.
I’d love to be able to customize the ‘splash of milk’ screen to indicate just how much of a ‘splash’ we want (small/medium/large splash).
Before I leave the house, I order my morning coffee from the location near my office. The app fights me every step of the way by nor putting my favorite location front and center and, most recently, by requiring an extra confirmation step that has the "Yes I know what I'm doing" button in the place that's usually a cancel button. Please stop second guessing your users.
Literally impossible to see how much a drink is before selecting a store. I tried to use the store selection service but it doesn’t load or show results when I know there’s a store in the area I’m searching. I just want to see how much my drink costs.
Loving the app so far. Easy to navigate. One glitch I’m having is not being able to access the weekly Mystery Monday Reward..

I wanted a free drink so I referred my friend to Caribou using the link that I got to do so. They signed up for an account but I didn’t get any points
I’m giving this app a 1-star review because it constantly logs me out, requiring me to log in every time. Additionally, there’s no Face ID option available, making the app useless for me. The user interface is outdated and not user-friendly. The app is also slow and crashes frequently, which is incredibly frustrating. Overall, this app fails to meet basic expectations and needs a lot of improvement. YOU GOT TO WAIT HOURS/DAYS FOR RESET PASSWORD EMAIL👎
I downloaded the app and whenever I try to create an account it just says something went wrong. I tried with my email, google account and Apple account, but it won’t let me. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, and did a forgot my password check to see if the account went through but nothing seems to work
7/6/2024: for several days every time I open the app it immediately pops up an error. I have been checking for an update to fix it. I’ve tried restarting my phone but still get the error. Update 8/8/2018: Still waiting to be able to access my transactions. This is unacceptable to me. I liked it when I could see my transaction history. Bring that back and you will have a 5 Star review from me. I’m happy with the rest of the updates to the app.
If the app had a no ice option I’d easily give it 5⭐️ but my drink is always 1/2 ice even when I click less ice.
Terrible app I wouldn’t bother Starbucks is better or make it at home 90% of the time it will save you time and money.
I love it I got it from a sleep over and I fell in love with the banana strawberry smoothie it’s the best and the largest one is only 7 dollars I love caribou coffee so it’s the best thing ever in the world❤️❤️❤️
Doesn't let you even look at the menu outside of the hours the stores are open, and doesn't show the price of any items until you go to your cart. 5 million times more frustrating and inconvenient than is necessary. Otherwise just generally poorly organized.
Why have a favorite location option if you just ignore it and choose the default location with no rhyme or reason
